The headquarters of the company, which was established in 1995, is in Istanbul like all others. ULUSOY-4 vessel has joined the Ulusoy’s marine fleet in 1997 after the much-admired performance of ULUSOY-3, purchased in 1996. ULUSOY-4 vessel, holding the same capacity with ULUSOY-3, had worked in Samsun line until 2000 and rented to UND to sail between Çeşme and Trieste until September 2000. Since then, it continues to offer services to transporters between Çeşme and Trieste after Ulusoy took control of the management of the line.
