The Location of the Project

This feasibility project has been developed to build Ayancık hydro-electric power plant and produce electrical energy on Miscellaneous West Black Sea Waters reservoir Ayancık Stream and its branches in Sinop’s Ayancık town in line with “Electricity Market License Regulation” conditions of İLK ELECTRICITY PRODUCTION INDUSTRY AND TRADE INC.

The project field is located in West Black Sea Region, within the borders of Sinop’s Ayancık town, between 41º 42’ 00’’ - 42º 00 00’’ north latitudes and 34º 19’ 00’’ - 34º 45’ 00’’ east longitudes of SINOP E33 a1, a2, a3 and a4 sheets scaled to 1:25000.

Proposed Facilities

In this Revised Feasibility Report prepared by our company, the viability of the facilities had been examined by using current hydrologic data, available facilities and up-to-date planning criteria.

In feasibility studies, the hydro-electric potential of Ayancı Hydro-Electric Plants over West Black Sea Waters reservoir Ayancık Stream and its branches between the altitudes of 6.5 m and 147.66 m was assessed.
