In line with the increasing importance of Ro - Ro vessels in the development of trade traffic on the Black Sea, especially with Russia, Ulusoy started Ro - Ro transportation in 1995 on Samsun - Novorossiysk line. Ulusoy, parallel to the growing traffic, started to support its vessel fleet with higher capacity and more modern vessels and thus, as a first step, purchased ULUSOY - 3, of 6.800 DWT and with a capacity of 66 trailers, in 1996. ULUSOY - 3 has ISM and ISO 9002 certificates as all the other vessels and keeps on its regular lines between Samsun - Novorossiysk twice a week.



At the same time, Ulusoy Sealines Management is the company that manages all the vessels. It is certificated with ISM, DOC and ISO 9002 security and quality certificates by the Lloyd Register. It has certificates enabling it to manage passenger vessels also.
