Established in 1981, the head office of the company is in İstanbul. The company has its own offices at major ports of Turkey such as, İstanbul, Samsun, Trabzon, Giresun, Hopa, Mersin and İskenderun.



Managed by experts, the company provides agency services at all major Turkish ports and for vessels transiting the straits. In addition to cooperation with many ship owners, as Turkish General Agent of Intermed Shipping Line and Global Shipping Company, it provides services to importers and industrialists. Ulusoy Shipping Inc., being mainly involved in ship agency services, chartering, ship's provisions and personnel services, loading and unloading at the ports, is also well known in international groupage markets and land on carriage with its trailer fleet of 40 trucks, road-trains.
