Cemal Ulusoy was born in 1935 in Trabzon, Of. As the fifth of seven brothers, he started working in his family's business of transportation at a very young age. His youth was spent in the business of transportation. In 1957, at the age of 22, he became the manager of Ulusoy Coaching. Cemal Ulusoy, whose career after that date is full of innovations and success, contributed greatly to the formation and development of the sector while determining the future of the present Coaching Management.

Moving to İstanbul in 1963, he made Ulusoy open to the west. In the second half of the 60's, he started the tourism company. Cemal Ulusoy married Tülay Ulusoy in 1965 and had four children; Emra, Revna, Merva and Alican.

In 1970, he took the first sectoral step and established Anatolian Coaching Association. After acting as its president for 18 years, he joined the association with other coaching associations in 1987 and became the founder of International Anatolian-Thrace Coaching Association. Also in 1987, he started the construction of the present İstanbul Grand Bus Station. Cemal Ulusoy having a brave, enterprising, innovative and beloved personality, passed away in 0ctober 3rd, 1989.
