Our main goal considering our human resources policy is to help our employees to have the conscious of being proud of being “Ulusoy employees” and to improve that consciousness constantly. So, we try to choose our employees from people who are fully qualified on their job, who are eager to progress and who can improve fast. This way we try to promote the principals, values and standards that clarify the privilege of working at Ulusoy Inc.
RECRUITMENT
During the process of recruitment a new Ulusoy employee, we try to understand if the candidate is qualified enough to work on that job. Our main goal is to be as objective as possible during the tests. INTERNSHIP OPPURTUNITIES
We can also provide internship opportunities for students of the concerned high schools or universities in Ulusoy Inc. To provide our dear students probation opportunities, to follow their performances during the probation term and to invite the successful students to work within the body of Ulusoy Inc. is the missions of our human resources department.
