So, we try to choose our employees from people who are fully qualified on their job, who are eager to progress and who can improve fast. During the process of recruitment a new Ulusoy employee, we try to understand if the candidate is qualified enough to work on that job. Our main goal is to be as objective as possible during the tests. INTERNSHIP OPPURTUNITIES

We can also provide internship opportunities for students of the concerned high schools or universities in Ulusoy Inc. To provide our dear students probation opportunities, to follow their performances during the probation term and to invite the successful students to work within the body of Ulusoy Inc. is the missions of our human resources department.

SOCIAL OPPURTUNITIES

We provide shuttle bus services for our employees to nearly all the important points in the city. Catering services are either provided by a professional company in the office or restaurant tickets are delivered.
