Ulusoy Commercial Investments Holding Inc. moved to Ulusoy Holding Center at Yenibosna to provide more comprehensive service in managerial, organizational and data processing fields for the companies under its control. Infrastructure enabling the company to offer some of its capital stock to the public was completed and necessary procedure for being quoted at İstanbul Stock Exchange is initiated. Thus, with their potential of providing services, all the units of Ulusoy Commercial Investments Holding Inc. are ready to embrace the nation in the following years.

The Holding has adopted the principle of having the companies under its control continue their existence and development by autonomous management. Notwithstanding this, it is committed to create general principles in investment, financing and education and to supervision tasks.
