Yılmaz Ulusoy was born in Trabzon's county Of in 1941 as the 7th son of the Ulusoy family. Following his education at the high school Trabzon Lisesi, he has completed his language studies in England and returned home. Yılmaz Ulusoy, who has started his business life in 1959 in Trabzon, has continued first in Samsun in 1961 and then in Istanbul in 1973.

Due to his interest in financial affairs and economics in the division of work made among the brothers, he has been carrying on his position of being in charge of Financial Affairs started from the beginning of his business life up to date.
