TODER is Ulusoy's collaboration with Turkish NGOs for a better transportation and traffic security in the country. TODER (National Coaching Association) is a non-profit organization founded with the help of Ulusoy Corporation in 2002 has moved its headquarters to Istanbul in 2003.

TODER works for better transportation conditions in Turkey. It works in a wide range from educating the drivers to legal reforms and from improving bettering the working standards to safer driving. It especially tries to find ways to give traffic education to school kids and started a new project which is titled "Safer School Surroundings" for that reason.
