Ulusoy Group of Companies, deciding to get into textile sector due to the growth in textiles in Turkey as a result of entering the Customs Union, founded Ulusoy Textile Inc. with a giant investment of 63 million dollars in June 1995. After time consuming feasibility studies, the manufacturing facilities were built with a covered area of 43.000 m2 on a field of 82.000 m2 in Çerkezköy. This ultra modern factory has an overall air condition system and is equipped with the latest technology machinery for the best quality textile production. The plant with about 500 employees started production in 1997. The company known in the internal market under the name "Ceys", carries the capital letters of the names of Cemal, Yılmaz, Saffet Ulusoy. Its name in exports is "Ulusoy", already known by everyone worldwide.

In Ulusoy Textile Inc., besides curtains, guipure and embroidery 80 percent of which is produced for external markets, also home textile production is made.
